Thermal Imaging(Infrared Thermography) and Noise Mapping

WESTEND DIAMOND NIGERIA LIMITED is the leading Nigerian company that carries out Thermal Imaging or Infrared Thermography. This is the use of Infra-Red imaging to do an NDT non invasive inspection on running machineries, electrical and construction site, in this case called Thermal Imaging or TI.

The scope of the TI is limited to the use of a Thermal Imaging Camera to perform a non-invasive and non-destructive examination of the visible, safely accessible and readily accessible portions of the interior and/or exterior of the listed equipment at the subject property for a typical temperature /thermal variations conditions which may be consistent with the presence of moisture or a typical thermal performance.

Such conditions will be documented in the WEDNL Inspections / Insight Thermal Diagnostics inspection report and will be accompanied by both natural (visible light) and infrared photographs where applicable. WEDNL Inspections / Insight Thermal Diagnostics warrant that it will perform the Limited Infrared Scan in accordance with this scope of work.

This a good tool for predictive maintenance as it is capable of showing probable failure.In Noise mapping, we will use digital equipment to do a proper survey of you industrial, residential or office environment and produce a detailed report in A1 Template that is site specific. This will take a form of colour coding with the noise level specific to each of the areas that the survey had been carried.
