Our Machine Shop is purpose-built for the manufacture and machining of equipment and components vital to oilfield operations. We specialize in precision turning, milling, threading, boring, and grinding, ensuring optimal dimensional accuracy and repeatability. Our machining capabilities are ideal for the production and reconditioning of:
- Flanges
- Pup joints
- Crossovers
- Subs
- Threaded tubulars

Our machinists are trained to execute machining jobs in compliance with API specifications such as API 5CT, API 7-1, and other applicable standards. We operate both manual horizontal and vertical lathes milling and rolling machines, which gives us the flexibility to handle both standard and custom jobs with precision.
Tubular Threading and Tool Joint Services
A major aspect of our offering is the precision threading of drill pipe, casing, and tubular connections. We cut and repair threads to API and proprietary specifications, using certified gauges to ensure integrity and compatibility. We also offer thread inspection and recut services for damaged or worn threads, restoring them to standard or premium configurations.
